Insulated Vehicle Panels – GRP & Aluminum
Stadur’s vast experience in panel manufacturing enables it to produce composite sandwich panels for many uses. One of the most structurally demanding applications for panels is in vehicle body building where the stresses imposed on the panels in use by live and dynamic loading demands the highest quality in terms of the materials used and in the manufacturing process.

Stadur also offers a further choice of panel types utilising different insulation core materials, skin materials and colours.
- Maximum length up to 14 metres
- Maximum width, depending on skin material, up to 3.2 metres
- Panel thicknesses are to customer specification from 15mm to 100mm.
- All panels can be produced with inserts, conduit, fixing plates to customer specification and can be supplied as plain flat panels or with prescribed cut outs.

Extruded polystyrene core with top and bottom skins of MultiPlan K in 2.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.3 mm or 1.0 mm skin thickness.
